Not working properly in guarantee period

Dear Exide Corp.,

I have purchased Exide batteries for home inverter on 15th Jan. I had a company guarantee of 2 years.

Recently, we had issues with battery charging. When contact, the dealer (M/s master battery service, Vasai, Maharashtra – 401202) claimed that there are two issues

First, inverter is not working and second, battery need to be charged again.

We believed them and purchased a new inverted for Rs. 4800 and paid additional Rs. 200 for charging of battery. However, battery still does not work properly.

Hence, we requested dealer to repair / replace the battery as per guarantee. However, dealer is now refusing to attend the call. Such un-professional behavior has caused significant pain to us and may also harm the brand “EXIDE” in long term.
