Non Replacement of Battery in Warrenty period

Hello,

We are from Effort BPO Limited, Indore (M.P.). Effort BPO Purchase SMF 12v-100 ah 40 Batteries from the local dealer of Exide M/S Gayatri Interprises, on 27-9-08.

From the past 4 months 4 of our batteries gone faulty showing less charging current, Exide Engineer visited the site and conform that UPS Charger is of low capacity.

However UPS Engineer clearly refused such possibility and still replaced the UPS after 1 week again our 2 batteries gone faulty with the same problem. all our batteries are still in warranty period, but the Exide company is refusing to replace them stating the reason of faulty UPS.

Please give me some suggestion What to do?
