Exide Battery
Attery power fails with in warranty

I have informed to exide company on toll free number they registered my complaint and sms me the complaint number on 3/11/09 WMHO000000034 AND A CELL NUMBER 9833603972 MR RAJIK MALLICK. I called him he gave me a number of his assistant mr Virender. He told me that he will pick up the battery in 2 days and supply me a stand by battery but as of now both are not picking my cell. battery is under warranty period of 24 months and now only 16 months have passed
