I have purchased a new Herohonda splendor (AP04 M 5273) in September. I've been facing problems since my purchase. The back wheel was not in a good condition (manufacturing defect). We were given a letter by Herohonda company for exchange of a new wheel from Dunlop tyres. I went and got that exchanged.
Then, i noticed that my battery (manufacturer: Exide) was not in a good condition. As we have a one year warranty for that, we were again given a letter for replacement of a new battery. But there has been utter worst response from this Exide service showroom. Even though the battery was not in a good condition, they checked it for 2 days and returned the same old battery saying that it had no problem. Again, Herohonda showroom checked it for a week and confirmed that battery was not in a good condition and returned our bike alongwith a letter. Again, we have taken that letter to that exide showroom. But still that fellows are NOT responding properly.
