Courier not delivered-Wrong phone numbers in SMS

Express IT courier is the lousiest courier company, I have ever come across. I have serious doubts whether they are really making any effort to deliver the packages or simply sending SMS that they are unable to deliver the package.

What kind of a service providing co gives wrong numbers to it's customers. Instead of sending SMS, they can call us and advice about the courier. Even the numbers provided in the web site are also wrong.
