Please see the entire communication with express india since the start of subscription and advise. They will never respond over the phone nor will revert on your mails. Now when i have to cancel the subscription because of non-receipts of the magazine and very poor customer service, no one is available for contact. They have facilitated me to reach the heights of frustation. Why dont they understand that every money spent for them is someboby's hard earned money.
