Not recieved courie

I have alloted a Pan card and it was dispatch from NSDL through express it courier Awb. No. 2690949166 when I am checking it online for the delivery details it shoes it was delivered to and recieved by Naveen Relation Brother but there is no one in my residence with name Naveen.

please check with the courier company and let me know.
