Express IT Courier
Non Delivery of consignment

Hi All,

Express IT Courier is worst courier in their field. They never deliver consignment on time, No sorry Note or missing attempt, No phone call on subsequent attempts.

THIS IS BULL SHIT.

Bank and/or company sends SMS about product with AWB # and courier company name, however EXPRESS IT never deliver and/or never provide correct information about delivery.

On 7th Dec. 2008 I got SMS from ICICI Bank saying AWB # 8069049984 have been dispatched through EXPRESS IT and will be reaching to me within 7 days. I don't know if EXPRESS IT has attempted to deliver or not, but there is no sorry note and no phone call for second delivery attempt. Today on 16th Dec I got SMS from ICICI Bank saying consignment has been returned to bank.

What kind of courier service this is? THESE ARE MOST STUPID PEOPLE in the world. They should stop this service so that customers will get better services in future.
