Pan card not delevered on correct address

I apply for change of my office address in pan card in the name of GLOBAL PORTFOLIO & FINANCIAL SERVICES vide ack no.-073030200302765. my pan card dispatch on 19 sept vide airway bill no.-2812242101by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. When i contact this courier on ph no.-0120-3128484, 9818436894, 9911470142 they said that your pan card delevered on your address.

Then i ask for details of receiving person, date, time they drop my call and when i trying to contact them again thjey don't pick up my phone.

So i request you to please look this case and do the needfull.
