Courier Not Received Since 9 Oct 09 Despatch

Kotak Card has seent be a courier by Expressit Courier (AWB :281475988) on 9 Oct. It went back on 15 Oct 09 with reason that entry was not permitted in the premises (They are delivering documents since last one year at same address, don't know who can stop them).

20 th oct 09, it was again despatched with AWB No 2825034236. Till now it has not reached and it is expected that it will be returned since the status shows that address is not locatable.(Surprise No 2). Last 3 days I am in touch with Ms Ms ANUD SHIRGAONKAR 022-395 39523 (Customer Care- Mumbai Office). No action is taken, every time same response stating that contact Kotak Bank. After number of trials, yesterday I could talk to Hyderabad customer care (04030584904/5) and informed the issue, but still the status is "Address not locatable".

I have tried all the numbers of customer care of Expressit in hyderabad/ mumbai, but none of the phones are being answered.
