Consignment not delivered even after 7 days. No response from Customer Care. Even phones not answered

My PAN Card was dispatched by NSDL, Mumbai on 2nd July via ExpressIT Courier services (AWB No. 2636912246) but the same has not been delivered till date (6 Days). Moreover I have sent atleast 3 emails, all of which were read by ExpressIT customer care department ([email protected]) as I have received the read receipts on my email id. But there has been no response to my emails. The status of the consignment at their website shows "Exception" and a detailed search shows "In Transit". The main contact number mentioned on their website (022-30813081) is always switched off and when I try to call the other number of their corporate office in Mumbai (022-28218754) no one pics the phone.

I have absolutely no idea how responsible and important departments like Income Tax and NSDL rely on such a pathetic courier service when there are constant complaints about its unprofessional practices and negligence.
