Courier from ICICI Bank was not delivered
A courier was sent by ICICI Bank to me in Pune with AWB No 2658868645 on 11/9. It was not yet delivered. I took Express It's Pune's contact number but even after trying for hundreds of times no one is picking up the phone. My house is not locked since last couple of months, there is always somebody in the home at all times. The courier contains an important stament of account whioch I require on very urgent basis and i am now suffering for company's carelessness.
I would like to bring the matter to your notice, so that you will enquire about it and see that it will not repeat again.
