Non delivery of courie

Hi,

I have never seen such a courier service. It has been the second time that they have not delivered a courier from icici bank which was important. They simply say that the consignee is not available without contacting him or her. Most pathetic service. My courier AWB number was 2600061041

I cant understand why ICICI bank uses such a pathetic courier agency.

STRICT LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM.
