Not Delivered the New Card

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERNED

I have applied PAN for my wife and I got an updated from the PAN application Site that it has been despatched via Express IT courier.

Name: DEEPTHY SREENIVASAN

Category: Individual

Status: Your PAN card has been dispatched on 28-Jan by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. 2725912394, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application.

When i checked the Express IT site, they are saying that the address is incomplete. I am really wondering and amazed to know this because this is the same address in her Passport and in all her address of communication. How can an address in the Passport be wrong? This is the first time that i get a comment like this.

I tried calling them, noone is picking the phone. This is the worst courier service i have ever seen. How can we stop this service. I have seen a lot of complaints in this site. Can some one take a proper action on the same?
