My self Dharmendra bhatta applied the PAN card on 3rd Oct. Till now i am not received my Pan card. But one message come to my mobile on 8th Nov that your Pan Card has been despatched on 1st nov by expressit logistics world wide vide airway bill no . 2685007894.But I and in my family have not received any Pan card.
