PAN card has been dispatched in favour of my wife i.e Sunita Kumari by the Income Tax Department on 22nd June, 09 by the Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. 2781152732 which was to be delivered in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The same could not be recieved so far.
