No cash back received as per offe

I have booked two tickets from indigo1, as per site details if you are booking through icici gold credit card you would have 25 % cash back on the amount .. i have not received that cash back till now ..

i sent mail to all who communicated to me at the time of booking ..

my trasaction id is: EZR-278807

plz let me know how should i proceed to take the action on this ..
