On 26th of Oct'07 I booked 2 online tickets for Ahemdabad-Bangalore from Simplyfly Deccan for the date 3rd Feb'08 through ezeego1 site.
The PNR number was not generated for this booking and we intimated ezeego1 executives 2 months prior to our travelling. No action was taken till the day before travelling. And despite pursuing them continuously we were given no hint that they could cancel our tickets. They said they will work it out somehow. Our tickets were cancelled by Ezeego1 just the day before our travelling date, i.e. 1st Feb'08. The money for these tickets has been refunded.
But in any case we had to buy new tickets from Spicejet, that too for the next day which costed us around Rs 9, 000. This was a sheer carelessnes from their side and has costed us invariably.
I am seeking for a compensation for this loss. I have all receipts for the payments i have made at ezeego1 and for spicejet. Kindly reimburse the amount I paid for the alternate flight and do the needful.
