NOT Refunding money for cancelled ticket

I booked a ticket for Rs 5588 from Chennai to New Delhi on June 08 through credit card. (Booking reference no. EZR437661/A, Invoice no. I-184314). Later on I cancelled that ticket.

I did not receive the amount for the cancelled ticket until this date.

I complained ezeego customer centre four times.

So far no response from ezeego1.
