Ezeego has advertised an offer for GoAir to give 50% cashback on base fare booked on all domestic airlines. I booked 2 tickets from my HDFC credit card on September 15th but never got the cash back till date. I was told by the customer care that it would be credited within 7 working days and ezeego also claimed to make the cashback in 5 days, however its bee more than a month and there's no sign of any refund. I did check it with HDFC credit card and they calim they have got no such refund from Ezeego.
Not only this I tried contacting ezeego1 customer care a lot many times but the same thing happens all the time i.e., a voice recorded message keeps on saying that all our executives are busy, please wait or go to our website. Also, I mailed about this to ezeego1 at [email protected] but there was no response from their side.
The reason me writing this mail is out of sheer frustration and mental stress & harassment that I am facing because of this.
I initially mailed them on Oct 6th hoping some reply, then on Oct 9th and 10th 2007. In the meanwhile I also called the customer care toll free no: 1-800-220-177. To my amusement every time I called it takes approx 30 - 40 odd minutes to reach a live person. Its really pathetic cause half the time it automatically gets disconnected and rest of the times when it got connected and while explaining my problem of refund not received the call gets disconnected.
This happened couple of times and finally I thought of writing this mail.
Mentioned are the names of the rep whom I spoke to and whose name I had noted down.

Apart from this I have also logged a feedback on the same today and ref: 1357 with ezeego1 site where I am registered customer.
Almost all customer care executives I talked to including the names above mentioned had my contact numbers and no one even bothered to call me and let me know the status of my complaint, although they had assured that they would call back with proper resolution if the call gets disconnected for any reason.
I am very positive that there are many other customers facing the saming problem and would like to have relief from this mental stres and harrasment. Please help us in getting what is rightfully ours and also help us in getting compensation for the ightmare that we have gone thorugh
