I booked my air ticket from ezeego1.com and later got it canceled. i canceled the ticket from the ezeego1.com portal only.
i also got the cancellation acknowledgment. its been more than 3 months now but i have not got my money back. Now the customer support says that the ticket was not canceled aand they blame that i did not cancelled the ticket. i have all the email proofs to prove them wrong.
