Ezeego1/Flight booking
Booking not done though amount is charged on the credit card

I have booked ticket on 11th Jan over phone and got booking refernece number and my credit card was charged with the booking amount but till now it is not clear whether booking is confirmed or not. I have written 4 mails to Ezeego1 and they have replied me back. Today is 14th Jan and till date I am not sure whther my booking is done or not.
