I had booked tickets on 4th of December.
There was offer on ezeego. If you book with ICICI platinum card u will get 50% cash back on base amount.
I have been following up with ezeego customer care but not received cash back yet (after almost 2 months).

Hi,
I had booked tickets for Kingfisher flight on 4th of december (itinerary - EZR-415032).
Before booking I had called up customer care and confirmed that I'll be getting 50% cash back on fees and not taxes on ICICI platinum card.
I was getting around 7000/- cash back.
So, I booked with ezeego even if it was 3000 more that that of Kingfisher site as I was still in profit.
According to your customer I was supposed to get that in 7 working days. But I did not get it till date.
I called up many times. I was getting different answers every time. "Sir, it is under progress. It will be done in 7 days"
"Sir, status is under progress. It should be done in 7 day to 21 days." (this was after 45 day. Name of call center guy - Manish).
It was too much of frustration. I never got correct answer. I asked for transaction ID for that communication so that I need not explain scenario again and again.
But Never got any communication/transaction id.
I got payment request number - 200712045604028. According to customer-care executives it is under progress.
I have spent lot of time in following up with you people and got lots of frustration in return.
After all this I'm not sure when will I get the cash back???
