Ezeego Promotional scheme: was it cheating

I had booked two tickets in air deccan through this site using their "Ek Ticket pe Do Free" plan. This plan promised to generate two free tickets for every ticket booked through this site. But now when I am trying to book tickets using the generated promotional code it just says no flight available for the given criteria. Not only are tickets not available to the dates I want but are not available for any other days. A call to their customer care, and the person at the other end only says that even they are facing the same issue. Isn't this fraud??? What can i do about this.
