Sudden cancellation with notification

Hi,

This is some thing Riduculous.

I had book the Ticket through from Delhi to Mumbai for Two of my relative & also recived the PNR Number.

Today was the Departure Date. When my father in law has reached the Airport It was informed that the Ticket is not Valid.

I checked with my HDFC Credit Card & They confirmed that The amount has been debited.

How Come did you Cancelled the Ticket & did not bother to Inform after the Money was debited from Account.

What Service are you providing? Is this the way You people treat Your Customer.

What pain should my Relatives has to Go on the Airport
