Despite my repeated reminders since October the cashback has not yet been paid to me.
I had purchased an Indian Airlines return air-ticket for Delhi-Chennai-Delhi sector on 28th September thru M/s EzeeGo.com for an amount of Rs. 31, 410.00 paid thru my SBI Gold card.
At the time of booking I had confirmed from the booking executive that the purchase would be eligible for 25% cashback under the ongoing scheme of Ezeego-Indian Airlines-SBI Card. I was told that an amount of Rs. 7145.00 would be credited to my account within a period of seven days.
Now almost a month has passed since I booked the ticket and undertook the journey, but the cashback has not been credited till date to my account. I have complained several times thru the SBI Card helpline about the same and they have registered the complaint but without any result.
I do not see any reason for the delay. In the meantime, I have received the bill from SBI Card for the entire transaction amount of Rs. 31, 410.00 which I have paid.
