I had the most horrendous experience at the e-zone club (Address e-zone club, 23/24, Mahadevpura Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli, Bangalore - 37).
I had booked the party hall there for my daughter's birthday on the 5th July. The booking was done and confirmed 1.5 months before the event. To my utter surprise, when we went there on the evening of the event (about 1 hr before the event start time), there was another group with the same booking and the same hall.
All hell broke loose with us and the other group trying to find out whom wills the hall be finally given to. The Manager stood silent without making any decision
When things turned really bad, we finally had to move from that place and move our party to our home. It was our infant daughter’s birthday and we did not want to spend the evening fighting.
It was an embarrassing and disturbing moment for me and my family. I would appeal to anybody who reads this piece, to avoid e-zone club like the plague. Such an act of mis-management and un-professionalism is hard to digest.
Please suggest if there is any other way to ensure that my message reached out to more people like me and they can avoid organizing anything at that doomed place.
