E Zone false delivery commitments

I booked 2 Refrigerator from E-Zone Chennai T-Nagar Dr. Nair Road Branch. I paid whole amound on 16th of August (Sunday). They committed to deliver on 20th Aug 09 (Thursday). But they have not done. They told, will be sending tomorrow. After that, daily they are telling Tomorrow like that. Till not delivered.
