I am from Bangalore. Recently i purchased a TV from Ezone Koramangala. The sales person confirmed that i will be getting the same within a week's time delivered at my residence. He said this will take a week as its year ending and they are yet to recieve the stocks. The purchase was done on 22 March. After a week when i had still not recieved my TV i called them and they asked me to wait for 2-3 days more. After 2-3 days i again called them and was informed that still the stocks have not come so i need to wait for another 10 days. I went to the showroom on 2nd April and demanded an explanation. They suggested that LG model is out of stock so i should go for a Samsung instead, The department manager promised me that i will be getting my TV on 3rd by 5:30pm in the evening. I have made calls and then was informed that the TV has been despatched from their warehouse in Yeshavantpur and will reach me by evening. Its now 9:30pm in the night and i still have not received my TV. I have paid an extra 4000 RS for this model which they suggested and still have not received. Its now been 12 days and i am sure that whatever was told or promised to me was all a lie and each and everyone was lying. On further enquiring i came to know that this has been the case with other customers too.
I want a complete refund for this unnecessary harassment!
Please Help! A company owned by Kishore Biyani should be better than this at customer service... Very frustrating!
