Faber electric chimney
Chimney not working

I purchased a Faber chimney model No. Tender LTW from Rastogi Traders, Swaroop Park, Sahibabad on 31st october which has a life time warranty (mentioned in the bill also). Despite my repeated complaints to the company service centre at Delhi they are not ready to change the motor under the warranty. I reside at B/4, Paryatan Vihar, Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi 96 .My contact number is 09313575122
