FABER KITCHEN CHIMNEY COMPLAINT

I purchased a kitchen chimney of Faber make in the month of July. After installation of the same by the company technician, we observed that the chimney is not working. I complaint about the same in the nearest service center M/s Nikki Enterprise, Silliguri, but nothing changed. After that I collected the contact number of the service engineer of the company Mr debasish Mitra, who is based in Kolkata. After that the technitian visited our place and tried to repair the same. But the Chimney was having some manufacturing defects which could not be repaired henced he suggest us to ask the dealer M/S Bharat Marbles, Silliguri to change the unit as it was not working and moreover was within the gurrentee/warantee period.

But still it is the same. when I contacted Mr Debasish Mitra again, he told that he cannot help me in this regard.

Its been 3 (three) months and I am suffering because of the negligence of the other party. I requested them severall times either to fix the problem or to change the unit but all in vain. Nither the service center nor the distributer or the company is giving any response.
