We are unable to understand, the Life Time Warratnty (FABER) takes so long to get a unit repaired that too kitchen item. We do not have any other alternative for exhaust in the kitchen. You can understand the difficulties we are facing. Our kitchen (which costed us about Rs 3 Lacs for modular kitchen items) has been badly affected. The wooden parts are stinky now...
At the last let me know, if you can't get it repaired the item, we shall go for a new unit (Not FABER this time!!! All the hopes from Faber have lost!!!)..
