Unfortunately it was a BAD DAY (Dec 28) for me
I paid to FAME for nothing
While am booking the connection, there is no info mentioning that FAME ADLABS is in Andheri (W), but actually i wanted to watch movie in Malad Inorbit
After i reached the counter only i came to know this pathetic news
I get in touch with the floor Manager, I would really appreciate his courtesy to call up Adlabs to check whether that ticket can be transferred to Inorbit
But the revert which got was really disgusting, "As the time is over, and there is no interconnectivity with Fame Adlabs and Fame Cinema"
I was wondering, if that is the case, then why a single website to book to any FAME Cinemas, why only one customer care number to get the info's of FAME
The most pathetic part was, Myself, the customer is standing infront there, you team just ignored it, in a very smiling way, SORRY!!
Is this a customer service...???
Requesting you team to update in website, beside each cinemas name, the place where it is located, So that others will not have my experience!!
I have also shooted a mail to the customer care of famecinemas - No Use!!
