Dear Sir / Madam,
Kindly note that I have some issues related to Adlabs Movie Easy Ticket voucher.
1) I have received one easy ticket voucher worth Rs. 500/- on purchase of my new mobile handset from Thane R World.
2) But without Scratch Card inside, after following up for same I have got a new voucher in Sept-08 end (Mail attached for your reference).
3) I visited R Mall (Mulund West), to buy movie ticket but again the Epin was not working.
4) I met Mr. Mangesh in R Mall, He had taken photocopies of same and committed that he will let me know the status.
5) Then after few days he had confirmed over phone that I have received the voucher from a bunch which is not yet active in the market. Once adlabs marketing team will approve the same, you will be able to use it. And the same reply I got twice thrice that it is in process.
6) When in Nov-08, I called Mangesh for same; he told that he left the job and given Mr. Kamlesh’s contact number.
7) I called up Kamlesh, He said even he had left the job and got Mr. Ajits contact number.
8) After some telephonic follow ups with Mr. Ajit, he told me to scan the same and send to his personal id.
9) I got reply from him that it is expired. (Whereas in your voucher it is written that valid for 6 months from the date of purchase)
10) Again I called up him, and he said that he will approach this matter to the seniors, but still the matter is pending and I am not getting the favourable response from anyone of your representatives except one answer i.e. it is in process!
11) Again in Apr-09 i called up Mr. Ajit (Mo: 9833007193) about any progress in this case but he told that you have to approach the R-World for the same, we can't help it. So i agreed and told him that just put up a mail explaining the issue to R-World so that they co-operate. (because whenever i go there they say they can't help it, its Adlabs voucher, go to Adlabs malls they will help you.) and he agreed also, but till date no mails came to support my request from Adlabs.
I hope you all will consider my request and try to give best solution in my favour.
