Fashoins era

I am from sydney australia .i placed a large order with fashions era. when i received the order i immediately contacted mr.khan to notify him that the order was not what i asked for and that the clothing was not true to size. i asked for clothing to be long sleeve i got 3/4 sleeve instead. some clothing are stained and some cuts are longer on one side and short on the other.

mr.khan said he would resolve the problem and preferred only to be contacted my email.

my email has not been working for a month so i called him instead. he insisted that i contact him when my email was working.

my email is working now and i told him that i would ship goods at my expense and that i didnt want the clothing as it was not what the samples were like and all the issues i discussed with him previusly etc.

he accused me of trying to ruin him and that i was blaming the recession on not wanting the goods.

there is more but i dont know who to contact as this is a wholesale order.

i have invested in too much to let this go. please help. thanks lilly khamis.
