I hope some action is taken against them. These people of fasttack are worst ever seen. They charge you and promise to give service and when the car breaks down they alos promise to recah in 20 - 25 min which happend to be 3 hrs for them.
My car broke down at gurgaon near Paras hospital and called up these guys at 6:00. Waited till 6:30PM and then again called them No repsonse- no is this teh worst part an dfrustrating for a consumer. They don't attend calls. At 7;00Pm - finally they pick up call and I shout at them still they are useless and all that they say they have one technical engineer for netire gurgaon, non of their seniors are qround to help and resolve or even listen to the consumer and the technical guy will take another half an hr. They bang the phone down and no not repsond for next half hr. They don't even bother to call you back and let you know when their guy will come up.
Finally people going on the round help me and my husband arrives at the spot. Its 8:30 and still these guys have not turned up to repair my car. I now at home and waiting for these guys to give me a call and say we have recahed the spot but they are compeltely useless and have done fraud. They take money before hand and do not give service also.
I strongly feel this company should be shut down and I need to compensated agianst the distress that I have gonnne through.
Law Please help females like us. I want to launch complinat against these fasttack.
