I am calling from last one hour but their helpline number is not responding:

9810657999 (NCR)- always busy); 011 41657999 (its only ringing) - both are not working.

Time of the call 6.50-7.50 PM on 16/06/08

If they cannot answer one call iin hour how long will they take to provide one service.
