We had bought 2BHK flat before 3 yrs. now from last month we are observing our Tiles are getting up and its getting crack also. If we plan to change that the total expenses will be arround 50, 000rs which is not affordable for us. For all this builder is repsonsible, we had paid him all amount... he should done the proper work... plz suggest me in this issue
