Sir, I am using BSNL land line from last 15 years. when compared to other private MNC telecommunications I am sure Yours is the best. But, of late from 1st May I feel there is some fault in billing. My package charge-URBAN-ECO. I have taken broad band connection two years back. The modem is summpied by you for which I am paying rs.60/- for how long I do not know. Sir, My broad band connection is Dataone Home 500. for which you are charging rs;500 60=accessary charges. In the month of May-June r charged was rs;150/- access ahcages of rs;560/- next mont from 1/6/08 to 1/7/07 the rent raised to 250/- 560/- from 1/7/08 the rent charged is increased to rs'300/- 560/-. the rent was raised by 100% from July 08. Sir, I am a pensioner and I have taken broad band connection for my daughter's use who is doing 5 semister engineering. But, I feel it is a big pinch to pay rs.970/- every month. Kindly advise me whether rent is charged for both Modem and land line. is there any other scheme wherein the expenses could be reduced. may I request you to kindly look into the matter and revert back to me
