I received your statement for April wherein you have mentioned that the payment due date is 19.05.08.
The payment for the amount due, as reflected in the said statement, was made by cheque on 18.05.08, which is well within the stipulated due date.
I have just received another statement for May wherein you have charged me interest, late payment fees as well as service tax on a payment which has been made within the stipulated date as mentioned in the statement for April.
