Defective Furniture

Hi,

I picked up furniture in the month of July from FeatherTouch - Bangalore - Queens Road.

Out of all the furniture delivered, centre table was defective and rework had to be done. I immediately called the concern people of Feather touch and they promised me to get it repair immediatetly. Till date I have given about 50calls but only to get a assurance that it will be done ..

How do i go about this. Any suggesttions. I feel like going n trashing the concern guy n dumping the centre table on his face..
