Non receipt of Subscibed magazine

I have subscribed for 3 years for Femina magazine.

To subscribe I sent the payment cheque by courier from First Flight on 11th May.

I have not received any acknowledgment from Femina about the receipt of the payment cheque nor have i received the magazines.

Kindly let me know what is happening.
