Non-Receipt of Gift with the 3 yr Subscription of Femina Magazine

I had placed an order for 3 yrs subscription of Femina Magazine with Indiatimes and had paid for this order upfront on Oct 19. Alongwith, this order I was supposed to receive an limited edition travel bag worth Rs. 3, 000.

As per information from the customer support of Indiatimes, I was told on Oct 19, that I would receive the first issue of femina starting from November and alongwith the first edition, I would also receive my gift. However, till date I have not received the gift. In this connection, I had contacted the customer support on Nov 12 and enquired about the status of my order. The customer support executive (Ms Sonu) told me that my order would be delivered to me in December and had no answers for the delay and she told me to contact the distribution agent BCCL for further information and gave me a landline number, which is an invalid number. I did mention to her the same, however, she did not have any other alternate number nor any further answers to my queries. I received my first edition of femina last week, but the gift is still not delivered. I thereon, escalated the matter to the indiatimes customer support and these guys reverted to me after couple of dates saying that they have no information on my order and asked me to contact [email protected] for further assistance. But, my repeated reminders to all of them, have proved futile. No one seems to be responding
