Non receipt of magazine

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have subscribed the magazine Femina (English) for 1 year subscription (26 issues). Amount is paid vide cheque no. 092820 for Rs. 570/- in favour of Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd payable at Axis Bank limited, Thane west toward the annual subscription fees.

I have requested for address change on 21/05 but since that I am not receiving the magazine on my old as well as on new address.

Kindly do needful. Subscription ID is 25862969
