Not recieving my magazine

I subscribed for femina magazine for a year at two corresponding addresses and paid full amount towards two separate subscriptions.but i have not receievd my issues from dec onwards.i did send an email quoting my Coupon no, customer id and subscription no but no one responded.why companies play with the trust of the people. is it not better to buy the magazine from newstand instead of paying full amount and even then not receieving the issues.
