Deactivate FHM service from my mobile & refund my bal also

My number is 9892517753 (Mumbai).my complaint is airtel deducted RS 5 daily from my mobile.i got msg which states that fhm video pack is activated. I should not activate this service, it activate automatically. so i want to refund my balance and deactivate this service.so pls deactivate all subscribed service and refund my balance.i call the customer care, but i am not satisfied thier responce. So pls deactivate my service immidietly, Still my balance is deducted, so pls... plsssssss
