I purchased a top of the line Fiat Linea Emotion Diesel from Concorde Motors Mumbai (Tata subsidiary) in April. The very nex day I discovered to my shock that the Brake drum was faulty and was groaning like TRUCK every time you applied the brakes. I reported this in writing to Concorde and CEO Fiat India.
IT is over 5 months, hundreds of phone calls and emails which resulted in 4 visits to the service workshop and they have still not solved the problem.
What is appalling and all new LINEA buyers shoudl note is CAREA-A-DAMN attitude shoen by Concorde then Tata Motors their service workshop and ofcourse Fiat India.
By the way a 2nd Linea biught by a family member conked on day of purhcase and it had to undego major repairs.
I rue the day where I ignored advice by friends about service nightmares from Tata-Fiat. I think we all sufferers should file a CLASS ACTION SUIT against Tata Fiat in India.
I have tried all methods of emails and calls but they dont just care. THE only way to save your hard-earned money and more so Furstrating service eapericne is DO NOT BUY A LINEA or from TATA-FIAT ever again
