FAULT IN CLUTCH

Hi,

I'm Gaurav from Lucknow (U.P.) purchased a FIAT LINEA EMOTION PK PETROL from M/s GOLD RUSH Sales & Services Pvt Ltd Lucknow only on 17.07.2009. It has been driven for 834 kms only. On 25.09.2009 evening I started the car but failed to drive as its clutch was not working at all then the car send to the Company's Workshop. On the next day i.e. 26.09.2009 despite of making number of calls to the workshop no body was in a position to explain what the problem. Then I send my representative to workshop at 02.00 pm. He asked about the fault then one of the employee of the workshop informed that the CLUTCH PUMP (Part no. 0055190994) was faulty and an order no. 30367327 dated 26.09.2009 has been placed to the company and asked him to come after minimum 10 days. This is not fair at all on the part of the such a big name--FIAT.
