Hi,

I've subscribed to a 1 year package for this Magazine, and was supposed to receive one every 15 days. I've been a member since 4-5 months now, and maybe received 4-5 magazines right now. No correspondance, not even the free gifts that I was promised. Not to forget, the free samples that actually come with the magazines - are ALWAYS missing.

Is there anything we can do about this?
