No updation of bank a/c detail and hold of payment

Dear sir

i have invested in fineindia 6 months back, I got 3 months payment through ICICI debit card.. from last 3 months they have stopped payment, now they asked to open 1 SBI a/c and to send bank details along with scanned copy of pass book.. I sent all these information 10 days back.. till now they have not updated my a/c... there is no reply for the question when it may get updated.. what I should now.. and what may be reason for not updated my fine ID profile with bank details?

Will I definately get my payment?
